Standards

Entrance door

• Entrance doors to apartments of security class RC3 (panoramic peephole), 900 / 2100 mm)
• Safety class fittings (ball / handle)
• The doors are fireproof, single-leaf. 

Interior doors

• The inner doors are rebateless, CPL lacquered (height 2100 mm)
• The door is full or full glass, depending on the nature of the room.

Wall surfaces

• Gypsum plasters, concrete trowels, wooden cladding
• Bathrooms and toilets will be equipped with a large-area tiling 300 – 450 × 600 – 1200
• Tiling to the ceiling

Windows

• The construction of windows will be with insulating glass (with micro-ventilation)
• Aluminum construction
• On the side of balconies, terraces and loggias there are large doors

Apartment heating 

• The apartments are heated by heat pumps VIESSMANN
• Each apartment is remotely controlled via an application, allowing comfort of control
• Of course there is underfloor heating with separate regulation in each room.
• The bathrooms have heating ladders with a thermostatic head and a connection with a heating rod
• The bathrooms are also equipped with underfloor heating

Floors

• Living rooms, including the kitchenette and hallway, will have a wooden glued multilayer floor in the OAK design 15 mm
• Large-format ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and toilets
• Entrance / vestibule ceramic tiles
• Balconies, loggias and terraces will be fitted with wooden decks or large-format tiles (according to the client's choice)

Wiring – high current 

• The standard design of the apartments has lighting for bathrooms, toilets and corridors
• For lighting in the rooms and kitchenettes, there are prepared outlets for individual slection of lighting fixtures and installation

Wiring – low current

• There is a low-voltage distribution in each apartment: the living room and all rooms will have 1 TV socket and 1 data socket
• Other socket wiring and light circuits according to project documentation

Bathroom equipment

• Bathrooms in a premium above-standard design with furnishings
• The toilets will be hung, the tanks integrated into the walls under the tiling
• Stand and lever faucets
• Shower enclosures equipped with thermostatic mixers
• The bathrooms will be equipped with heating ladders

Ventilation

• The apartments are equipped with ventilation in toilets and bathrooms.
• Furthermore, ventilation of rooms with micro-ventilation holes approved by the standard ČSN
